- 40 gvanilla whey protein powder
- 400 mlwhole milk or oat milk, 50 ml reserved for serving
- 200 gplain Greek yoghurt

Method
- Whisk the whey protein powder into 350 ml of the milk in a jug until fully dissolved and smooth, with no lumps clinging to the sides.

- Divide between two jars or bowls with lids and give each a final stir.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, until the oats are thick and creamy and have drunk up all the liquid.
- In the morning, stir each jar. Loosen with some or all of the reserved 50 ml milk to your liking.
- Divide the berries over the two jars and finish with the optional flaked almonds or granola if using.
